This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing the Parts, Service, and Storage business at this location. The mission is to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability through proactive leadership, improved operations, and implementation of streamlined processes and procedures. Success in this role could lead to advancement into a Fixed Operations Director-level position.

What Youll Do:

As our Fixed Operations Manager, youll be the cornerstone of our service departments success. Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage all Parts, Service, Storage, operations
• Drive revenue and profitability growth
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards and satisfaction metrics
• Monitor departmental performance, profitability, and KPIs
• Provide leadership to a staff of 15+
• Support the recruitment, training, and development of Parts & Service personnel
• Implement cost-saving measures

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of service management experience, technical knowledge of boats and marine engines is a plus.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Strong organizational and administrative capabilities
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service abilities
• Highly proficient with service management software and basic computer applications
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for quality and safety
• Valid drivers license required

Preferred:Technical certifications, OEM experience, or dealership background
