We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Optician to join our eye care team. The Optician will assist patients in selecting eyewear, accurately interpret prescriptions, and ensure proper fitting and adjustments to deliver excellent visual outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with frame and lens selection based on prescriptions and lifestyle needs
- Interpret and verify eyeglass prescriptions
- Measure, fit, adjust, and repair eyewear
- Educate patients on lens options, coatings, and eyewear care
- Process orders and coordinate with optical labs
- Maintain accurate records and inventory
Qualifications:
- Optician experience preferred (certification or licensure as applicable)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
