With an endeavoring effort to expand market presence and grow as a global company, we are seeking a Planning and Business Development Manager to develop and monitor the long-term goals of the business and make sure it is in alignment with the company’s objectives.
The primary role of the position is to provide “Analytics-Ready” datasets in the pre-modeling stages, to execute post-analytics steps such as model scoring, customer support, and back-end reporting. This position requires an individual with extensive hands-on knowledge of data manipulation techniques. The role will be involved in a variety of activities including a new business creation/proposal and strategic planning.
Responsible for utilizing company data and providing solutions that support the operations on a daily level as well as foreshadowing company needs a company-wide level.
Job Description
- Monitors business climate and trends in technology and development based on the company’s current and anticipated projects
- Identifies and reviews pricing and customer needs; analyzes and applies this information in development of strategies for new profitable business plans, monitoring and evaluating on a periodic basis
- Collaborates with executives and managers to develop long-range, strategic goals for the organization
- Create and present reports to all executive leaders
- Prepare and review financial forecasts and continuously checking the achievement of the goal
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business analysis, business management or industry-related field required
- 3+ years of experience in the industry or acting as a consultant on major strategic planning projects required
- Basic knowledge of management/financial accounting and financial management is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively and clearly with project managers, business leaders and executives
- Thorough understanding of business administration, management, and business forecasting strategies and techniques
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- BILINGUAL IN KOREAN/ENGLISH REQUIRED

About the Benefits(Full-Time Employees):
- Pay: The pay range for this position is $65,000 ~ DOE
