Labor Solutions is seeking an Ankeny to bring on motivated individuals to fill their B2B Collections positions. This is a Temp-to-Hire position with potential direct hire for the right candidate! Do not miss this Great Opportunity!
Hours: Monday-Friday role with no weekends and typical 1st shift hours.
Pay: $18.00
Requirements and duties:
- AP/AR Experience preferred.
- At least 35 WPM typing.
- Contact customers regarding delinquent payments and assist in the collection of past-due accounts.
- Make payment arrangements on delinquent accounts.
- Escalate disputes as necessary.
- In this role, you will be corresponding with clients who have existing accounts with this company, not working with the general public.
- Availability to work from home 2 days per week once training is complete. Typically, after 30 days.
