What you will do:
<ul>
<li>Assist residential customers with new account setup.</li>
<li>Answer phones, direct calls, and greet visitors.</li>
<li>Resolve discrepancies and customer complaints. </li>
<li>Process credit card transactions over the phone.</li>
<li>Assist with filing, faxing, and other clerical duties.</li>
</ul>
What you will need:
<ul>
<li>Prior Waste Management experience is a plus.</li>
<li>Stable work history.</li>
<li>Positive attitude with problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Proficient computer operation skills.</li>
<li>Experience with Google Worksheets and Microsoft Office. </li>
</ul>
