Nmble Medical, in collaboration with a well-established and rehabilitation organization, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in Bloomington, IN area.
This is a full-time, onsite role providing hands-on care and rehabilitation services to patients in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
- Provide hands-on treatment with clear, functional goals
- Educate patients on recovery, pain management, and home exercise programs
- Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and determine appropriate discharge timing
- Supervise aides and support efficient clinic flow
- Complete timely, accurate documentation
- Contribute to clinical protocols, research initiatives, and continuous improvement
- Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education
Qualifications
- Active Indiana Physical Therapy License (or eligibility for licensure) or compact license.
- Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and outcomes
- Desire to continue learning and growing clinically
