Located in the beautiful Agoura Hills, CA, our residential treatment program specializes in helping adults overcome challenges related to Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, and Exercise Addiction.

- Eliminating harmful behaviors
- Fostering motivation and engagement in treatment
We aim to help each client gain a clear understanding of their disorder and what is necessary for their personal recovery.
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Primary Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary treatment team on a part-time basis. This role requires availability for three days a week, with Wednesdays being mandatory.
Salary: $33 - $39.66 per hour
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Providing individual, group, and family therapy
- Acting as a liaison with families and outpatient providers
- Interacting with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management
- Participating in discharge and aftercare planning
- Offering therapeutic meal support while modeling a healthy relationship with food
- Delivering safe, empathetic, and affirming care tailored to each client's unique circumstances
What We’re Looking For:
- A Master’s degree in clinical counseling or a related discipline
- A state license (or license-eligible) in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC)
- Prior experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is a plus
- Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices
