Position Overview:
Pacific Plastics is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role functions as a customer service position, providing excellent customer support while assisting with order processing and general inquiries. The ideal candidate is professional, reliable, and eager to contribute to a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately.
- Send order confirmations and manage backorder communication and follow-ups.
- Learn to conduct inventory checks, including pricing and availability.
- Assist customers with general inquiries and provide updates on order status.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow company processes for customer interactions.
- Gradually support inside sales and administrative functions as skills develop.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience (customer service or related field preferred).
- Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a professional phone presence.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to company procedures.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required.
- Available to start immediately.
