Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Deaf Education, active DHH teaching certification, and 1+ years Teacher of the Deaf / Hard of Hearing experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Your Role

Provide specialized instruction to students who are deaf or hard of hearing

Adapt curriculum and materials to meet individual student needs

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student success

Assist in developing and implementing IEP goals

Support communication, language, and social development for students
Qualifications

Valid Tennessee teaching certification with DHH endorsement

Bachelors or Masters degree in Deaf Education or a related field

Experience in school-based DHH instruction preferred

Strong communication and teamwork skills
