Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure (or eligibility to obtain) as an SLP
- Prior experience working in a school environment is a plus
- Ability to evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Aptitude for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and families
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment and therapy services to students from a variety of backgrounds, tailoring support to individual needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Consult with teachers and staff to incorporate language and communication goals in the classroom
- Offer guidance and resources to families, empowering them to support student progress at home
- Attend and contribute to meetings regarding student plans and progress
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices
