We are seeking a dedicated Senior Event Coordinator to provide logistical and administrative support for an upcoming large-scale summit. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with leadership and gain valuable event operations experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistical aspects of the summit, including room assignments and general administrative support.
- Execute on-site event management, directing attendees, managing logistics, and addressing real-time needs.
- Assist the project manager and event team with various support tasks before, during, and after the event.
- Participate in post-event wrap-up activities, including lessons learned discussions.
Essential Skills
- 8-10 years of experience in administrative or executive assistant roles with a focus on event support.
- Proven experience in event logistics coordination, supporting large events or complex logistics.
- Strong background in executive administrative support and team management.
- Ability to manage real-time needs and adapt quickly during live events.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with event coordination, planning, and management.
- Proficiency in administrative support, calendaring, logistics, and customer service.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and project management.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role with significant on-site responsibilities during the summit on the company campus. The position operates Monday through Friday with a 40-hour workweek and no overtime. Standard equipment is to be provided by the supplier.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, Washington.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $37.00/hr.
