Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – School-Based (Toms River, NJ)
Job Type: Full-Time, Contract
Location: Toms River, NJ (In-Person)
Pay: $28 - $34 per hour
Allcare Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our school-based team in Toms River, NJ. In this role, you will support students with autism and related needs by implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data, and collaborating closely with teachers, therapists, and a supervising BCBA.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support in classroom and school environments
- Collect accurate behavioral and skill-acquisition data
- Support communication, social skills, and academic engagement
- Assist with crisis-prevention strategies and follow safety protocols
- Collaborate with teachers, SLPs, OTs, PTs, and ABA professionals
- Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards

Requirements:
Qualifications
- Active RBT certification preferred (willing to provide opportunity for RBT cert. if you do not hold one already)
- Experience working with children or students with disabilities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to follow behavior plans with fidelity
- Must pass background check and meet school district onboarding requirements
