This is a contract position with an opportunity to be hired full-time.
Integrity Trade Services is seeking a reliable and experienced Receiving clerk to join our client’s team in Houston, TX. This is a great opportunity to grow with a company that values safety, teamwork, and strong work ethic.
Location: Houston, TX 77051
Type: M-F 6AM-2:30PM
Key Responsibilities
- Reviews and organizes all receiving orders, including domestic and export
- Capable of clerical work while providing physical support to the operation
- Order expediting with email communication and daily workload
- Assists with updating and managing repack/repackaging schedules
- Able to utilize receiving inventory and various office software programs
- Assist with all logistic related order issues
- Able to work flexible hours, overtime and weekends if needed
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Other duties as assigned by manager
Requirements
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Data entry
- Analytical
- Critical thinking
- Strong organizational skills
- Customer service experience
- Detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt to new computer systems
- Microsoft Office experience required
