Patient Care Coordinator

Optimum Therapies of North Dakota is a locally owned, therapist-led physical therapy practice dedicated to helping people move better, feel better, and live better. With multiple clinic locations across North Dakota and Wisconsin and a team of more than 85 employees, we are committed to providing exceptional care while creating a positive and supportive workplace for our staff.
We are currently seeking a full-time Patient Care Coordinator to join our Bismarck clinic team. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you are the first point of contact for our patients and play a key role in creating a welcoming, organized, and positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors or call our clinic.
What You'll Do
A typical day may include:
Greeting and communicating with patients to provide a positive, supportive experience
Scheduling patient appointments and managing daily clinic flow
Answering incoming phone calls from patients and physician offices
Collecting insurance co-pays and private payments for services
Entering and maintaining accurate patient information in our systems
Assisting with patient room changes and coordinating clinic activity
Collaborating closely with therapists and support staff to ensure excellent patient care
Schedule & Work Environment
Approximately 36-40 hours per week
Monday through Friday
Clinic hours range from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
No evenings, weekends, or holidays

Previous experience in a healthcare, administrative, customer service, or reception role is preferred but not required

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive starting wage of $19.00-$21.00 per hour based on experience
