We are looking for a dynamic sales representative to promote our Revenue
Stream solution sector, which includes Sweepstakes, Skill games, Video JukeBox
machines, ATMs, and other arcade products that generate revenue for Bars,
Restaurants, and event venues. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with the
ability to identify and connect with qualified leads and decision-makers. This role
requires flexibility, as some days will be spent in the office planning for the week,
while others will be on the road meeting with potential clients or onsite for
system installations and training for the client, with the installation/training team.
Job Responsibilities:
I. Strategic Business Development: Proactively establish, nurture, and secure
prospects, driving new business acquisition within unexplored markets or
territories.
● Secure a minimum of 4 new 3rd party customers per month.
● Minimum of 160 touches per week by phone and email to identify and qualify potential
prospects. Also be able to send out contracts.
● Strong presentation skills over Zoom/Google Meet
● Weekly meeting to discuss calls and visits with the Director of Account Management
II. Account Management & Lead Generation: Engage in comprehensive
research to identify potential accounts, initiating and maintaining strong rapport
with both new and existing clients. Develop marketing leads, preparing them
for transition to the sales team, with a focus on continuous education and
relationship-building.
III. Sales Support & Achievement: Play a crucial role in meeting quarterly
objectives by generating new leads, qualifying existing ones, and fostering
opportunities, ensuring a smooth handoff to the operations department.
IV. Team Collaboration & Resilience: Exhibit a resilient and collaborative spirit,
thriving in a team-oriented environment focused on collective wins and
celebrations. Help to train new team members as necessary.
V. Promotion of Cutting-edge Technologies: Champion industry-leading online
technologies, spearheading the development of sales leads and opportunities
for business growth.
VI. Customer Relationship Management: Serve as a primary liaison for current
and prospective clients within your designated territory, identifying and
engaging in local networking opportunities to forge strong relationships and
navigate potential obstacles.
● Conduct comprehensive training for new customers on the operation of the
machines and the associated business model, ensuring full compliance with
legal requirements and adherence to Company policies, including the proper
display of all necessary signage within the facility.
● Facilitate ongoing training programs to support new employees, ensuring
continuous learning and development. Additionally, provide assistance to third
parties in enhancing their marketing initiatives, contributing to collaborative
success and brand growth.
● Sales Reporting & Analysis: Regularly report on sales performance within
your region, providing insightful analysis and feedback. (Weekly written report
required.)
● Solution-Oriented Approach: Understand and address customer needs,
recommending appropriate product solutions, and ensuring customer
satisfaction.
● Collaborative Sales Efforts: Collaborate closely with the sales team to
achieve individual and collective sales targets, responding promptly to
customer inquiries regarding product features, pricing, and services.
● Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling products as appropriate,
enhancing customer engagement and revenue potential.
