A sterile pounding pharmacy in Oklahoma City is seeking a Permanent Pharmacist in Charge (PIC). Their current PIC is transitioning out within the next 12 weeks due to health concerns, so they are looking to move quickly with the right candidate. Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversight of sterile pounding operations

• Ensure regulatory and pliance standards are met

• Manage cleanroom and environmental controls

• Lead, train, and support pharmacy staff

• Maintain QA processes and documentation

• Provide support to patients, providers, and clinical partners

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited institution

• Active pharmacist license in good standing (multi-state licensure a plus)

• Sterile pounding experience preferred willing to train the right candidate

• Strong knowledge of USP standards, aseptic technique, and cleanroom operations

• Solid understanding of pharmacology, dosage calculations, sterility principles, and contamination prevention

• Confident leader with strong munication and organizational skills
