Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Background:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
  • Colorado SLP licensure or ability to obtain before start date.
  • Background in pediatrics and/or school-based speech services.
  • Experience addressing diverse student needs, including articulation, language, fluency, and social communication.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and develop personalized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Deliver therapy across grades, adapting approaches to individual student needs and IEP goals.
  • Maintain accurate student documentation and progress records in compliance with district policies.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, families, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, providing expert input and advocacy for student success.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current on best practices in the field.
