SaaS Technical Trainer

Your Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced SaaS Technical Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality technical training programs to our customers, partners, and internal teams. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, education, and customer success, and excels at making complex software easy to understand.
Your Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging technical training programs (live and self-paced) for our SaaS platform.

Create training materials including presentations, guides, exercises, videos, and knowledge base articles.

Deliver onboarding and advanced product training sessions to customers, partners, and employees.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to stay updated on new features and best practices.

Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and usage metrics.

Customize training sessions based on the specific needs of different audiences and industries.

Maintain and update learning resources in line with product releases and updates.

Support the development of certification programs and learning paths for various user roles.

Assist in maintaining a Learning Management System (LMS) and managing course enrollments and analytics.
Qualifications
Required:
-
3+ years of experience in technical training, instructional design, or related role within a SaaS or software environment.

Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

Experience with SaaS platforms and cloud technologies.

Proficiency in instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred:
-
Experience with LMS platforms.
-
Familiarity with tools such as Zoom, Camtasia, Articulate, Captivate, or similar.

Background in technical support, implementation, or software engineering is a plus.

Knowledge of scripting or APIs is a bonus.
Work Location:
Remote. Travel will be required.
Compensation:
The compensation offered for this position will be based upon relevant experience, qualifications, and work location. The starting salary for this role is $85,000
