Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a client in the construction materials industry to fill a Safety Manager positions. This position is will work out of Aiea, HI and travel to several other islands regularly.

Salary & Bonus: $100-130k base + annual discretionary bonus

Overview:

  • Lead and coordinate safety programs to prevent workplace injuries and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Identify hazards, investigate incidents, and recommend solutions to improve safety across all company locations
  • Train employees on safety policies, conduct safety audits, and communicate safety expectations
  • Analyze safety data, manage insurance claims, and design initiatives to reduce accidents and losses
  • Collaborate with management and outside agencies to strengthen the company's safety culture and stay current on regulations

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in safety - OSHA & MSHA experience
  • Bachelor's Degree (strongly preferred)
  • CSP certification preferred

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
