Our client seeks a Program Manager, Global Engagement to serve as the primary liaison to international chapters and drive member engagement worldwide. The role manages chapter lifecycle processes, develops resources and training, and coordinates cross-functional initiatives that enhance global value. The position also supports committee operations, tracks program metrics and budgets, and leads planning for an international leadership summit.

Responsibilities:
- Guide prospective international chapters through formation and approval processes in alignment with bylaws and governance standards.
- Conduct annual compliance reviews, manage reporting timelines, and resolve outstanding reporting and election requirements.
- Maintain accurate membership and chapter records and generate status reports for leadership.
- Serve as a responsive resource for chapter officers across time zones and cultural contexts.
- Design and facilitate virtual onboarding, training webinars, and best-practice workshops for international audiences.
- Identify and recognize high-performing chapters through awards, communications spotlights, and leadership development connections.
- Collaborate with regional managers and international counterparts to coordinate joint programming and enhance member value.
- Develop and manage handbooks, toolkits, and templates to support programming across diverse regulatory environments.
- Track and analyze activity metrics and engagement trends and present recommendations to leadership.
- Manage grant applications, eligibility, disbursements, and impact reporting for international chapters.
- Monitor budget line items for international chapter support and prepare periodic financial reconciliations.
- Partner with Education, Publications, Career Services, and Governance teams to connect chapters with relevant programs and benefits.
- Represent the International Member Engagement team in working groups and at external conferences or symposia.
- Ensure programs support equity, diversity, inclusion, and respect and remain globally accessible.
- Provide staff support to the international-focused committee, including meeting planning, materials, minutes, and follow-up.
- Maintain committee rosters, manage appointments and onboarding, and ensure continuity of institutional knowledge.
- Synthesize member feedback, data, and committee recommendations into actionable proposals for programming and policy.
- Coordinate with governance and legal teams to ensure committee operations comply with bylaws, COI policies, and procedures.
- Lead planning and execution of the International Chapter Leadership Summit, including program design and logistics.
- Represent our client at international partner events to support members and facilitate networking opportunities.
- Evaluate in-person engagement outcomes and feedback to improve summit and related programs.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in member services, international programming, volunteer management, or a comparable role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects across competing deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience writing for international audiences.
- Proficiency with CRM or membership databases such as Salesforce or iMIS and virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom or Teams.
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate international time zones.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, international studies, communications, or a related field.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
