We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Beavercreek, Ohio. In this Contract to permanent role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth administrative operations while fostering positive relationships with members. Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist members, ensuring a positive and attentive experience.

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in organizational systems.

• Upload and organize documents to support administrative processes.

• Address member inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions.

• Update and maintain databases and member accounts with accuracy.

• Serve as the first point of contact, representing the company with strong communication skills.

• Handle filing and other administrative tasks to support daily operations.

• Collaborate with the team to plan and assist with evening seminars as needed.

• Utilize technology tools such as Microsoft Word and Excel to complete tasks efficiently.

• Contribute to building strong member relationships through excellent service and problem-solving.

• Proven experience in administrative assistance or a related role.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to address inquiries professionally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with beginner to intermediate knowledge.
• Familiarity with data entry and document control processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to adapt to and utilize AI tools effectively.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Availability to assist with occasional evening seminars during weekdays.
