We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team! We're a dedicated office with years of experience looking to grow and expand with the right person to complete our team. Must be willing to obtain Customer Service Insurance License (4-40) within first 60-90 days. Responsibilities:

<li>Handle client inquiries and service client files.</li>
<li>Provide information about insurance products and services.</li>
<li>Document and update client records based on interactions.</li>
<li>Handle Marketing Tasks</li>

<li>Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields</li>
<li>Ability to build rapport and engage with clients.</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize and multitask.</li>
