We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our growing team. This role will be the first point of contact for customer service and service-related needs, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and internal stakeholders. The Service Coordinator will support everything from scheduling and warranty inquiries to administrative tasks, while leveraging project management skills to keep operations on track.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for service inquiries, troubleshooting, and general customer questions
  • Schedule service calls, installations, and follow-up appointments
  • Support warranty processes, including documentation, claims, and customer communication
  • Provide administrative support for service operations, including data entry, reporting, and recordkeeping
  • Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely project completion
  • Track service issues and escalate as necessary to management
  • Assist in project management duties including timelines, deliverables, and client updates
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of service processes and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in customer service, service coordination, or administrative support
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Familiarity with scheduling systems or service management software a plus
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Project management experience or training preferred
