Responsibilities:
- This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment and can bridge hands-on bookkeeping with high-level financial strategy
- Analyze consolidated monthly financial statements for all entities (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Organize, schedule and follow-up appointments and meetings
- Manage accounting systems and entries, help evaluate new systems and improvements for scalability
- Prepare extensive reports for management
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Assist with researching accounting discrepancies/inquiries and follow-up with staff/attorney as necessary
- Exhibit politeness and professionalism via all forms of communication
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent years of experience
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
Qualifications:
- Must be proficient and knowledgeable in accounting and finance
- Strong time management skills to multi-task and prioritize
- Attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to constantly changing situations in a calm and professional manner
