Responsibilities:

  • This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment and can bridge hands-on bookkeeping with high-level financial strategy
  • Analyze consolidated monthly financial statements for all entities (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
  • Organize, schedule and follow-up appointments and meetings
  • Manage accounting systems and entries, help evaluate new systems and improvements for scalability
  • Prepare extensive reports for management
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Assist with researching accounting discrepancies/inquiries and follow-up with staff/attorney as necessary
  • Exhibit politeness and professionalism via all forms of communication
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent years of experience
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite

Qualifications:

  • Must be proficient and knowledgeable in accounting and finance
  • Strong time management skills to multi-task and prioritize
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to constantly changing situations in a calm and professional manner
