We are a small, family owned business, looking for someone to join our team and grow within our company. As patient care coordinator, we are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, and who is willing to learn. Daily procedures include answering phone calls, emails, scheduling patients, maintaining office files, verifying and billing insurances, helping to maintain a clean office environment, using excel and word documents, and excellent organizational skills. We are looking for a hard worker, someone who is motivated, and someone that takes initiative.
Bi-lingual with Spanish and English is a plus, but not mandatory.
Currently, this office will be open part-time, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 9-5. As the business grows, there will be an opportunity for a full-time position.
