Schedule/Hours:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Monday through Friday
- Day shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- No weekend work
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver precise radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by oncologists
- Operate and maintain radiation equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor patient responses and document treatment progress meticulously
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulatory requirements
- Participate in unit floating assignments as required, ensuring competencies are met for each area
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid certification as a Radiation Therapist
- Proven expertise in radiation therapy practices and patient management
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
- Ability to adapt to floating within various units while maintaining quality care
