Dental Hygienist | Full-Time or Part-Time | Streamwood Smiles

About the Role
- We are hiring a Dental Hygienist and are open to full-time or part-time scheduling
- We are flexible and happy to discuss a schedule that works for both you and the practice
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient screenings and assessments
- Take digital X-rays
- Follow infection control and quality assurance protocols
- Perform dental cleanings using cavitron/prophy jet
- Apply sealants and fluoride
- Take impressions
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and treatment recommendations
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized operatory
- Provide comfort and support to patients throughout their visit
- Chart dental conditions and document treatments
- Maintain positive relationships with patients and staff
- Stock supplies and maintain equipment
- Manage patient recall system
- Use basic computer functions for charting and scheduling
Office Hours
These are the hours the office is open; your schedule can be full-time or part-time within this range:
- Monday: 8:45am – 5:00pm
- Tuesday: 11:45am – 6:30pm
- Wednesday: 11:45am – 6:30pm
- Thursday: 8:45am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 8:45am – 2:00pm
- Saturday: 8:45am – 2:00pm (rotating)
