Summary:

Role Summary:

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives at Guidelight Health. This role requires exceptional communication skills, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic remote environment. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • 'Manage confidential information with integrity and discretion
  • Coordinate internal team communications, including scheduling leadership meetings and preparing agendas or meeting notes.
  • Assist in project management and follow-up on action items from leadership meetings.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and administrative processes in collaboration with HR and Operations.
  • Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively manage priorities and tasks.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership, preferably in a healthcare or behavioral health setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration
    tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Asana).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Passion for mental health and a commitment to Guidelight Health's mission is a plus.

Pay Range$50,000—$55,000 USD
