Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
\n\nResponsibilities\n

- Provide direct patient care in a 10-bed Progressive Care Unit with a focus on cardiology and neurology.
- Administer bedside TEE/Cardioversion and moderate sedation as required.
- Document effectively using the Epic charting system, adhering to patient ratios of 1:3.
- Facilitate patient education on procedures, medications, and health maintenance.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations.

- Active and unrestricted RN license.
- Minimum of 2 years of acute care experience required.
- Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS are required.
- Proficiency in Epic charting preferred.
- Experience in PCU/Stepdown/IMC unit settings is essential.
- Ability to float between like units based on staffing needs.
