Core Responsibilities
- Check Food: Inspect plates before service.
- Lead Staff: Train and schedule kitchen workers.
- Keep Order: Maintain a clean kitchen environment.
- Cut Meat: Oversee daily butchery and portions.
- Track Costs: Assist with food budgets.
- Manage Stock: Order supplies and count inventory
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Two years managing a restaurant kitchen.
- Skills: Strong butchering and communication skills.
- Stamina: Stand for long shifts.
- Strength: Lift up to 50 pounds.
Compensation
- Salary: $52,000 to $65,000 per year. Great benefits and growth opportunity.
