Compensation:

$55,000 - $70,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate and evidence-based therapy to clients, ensuring their mental health needs are met with professionalism and empathy.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals.
  • Maintain detailed and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
  • Engage in regular supervision and/or professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Advocate for clients' needs within the community, connecting them with additional resources and support services as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in providing evidence-based therapy in a clinical setting.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to create personalized treatment plans.
  • Proven track record of maintaining detailed and confidential client records in compliance with legal standards.
  • Commitment to engaging in regular supervision/consultation and professional development to enhance clinical skills.
  • Ability to advocate for clients' needs and connect them with community resources.
  • Strong communication skills to foster trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Licensed or registered as a Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) or fully licensed (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
