Compensation:
$55,000 - $70,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and evidence-based therapy to clients, ensuring their mental health needs are met with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals.
- Maintain detailed and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
- Engage in regular supervision and/or professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.
- Advocate for clients' needs within the community, connecting them with additional resources and support services as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in providing evidence-based therapy in a clinical setting.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to create personalized treatment plans.
- Proven track record of maintaining detailed and confidential client records in compliance with legal standards.
- Commitment to engaging in regular supervision/consultation and professional development to enhance clinical skills.
- Ability to advocate for clients' needs and connect them with community resources.
- Strong communication skills to foster trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Licensed or registered as a Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) or fully licensed (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
