RemX is seeking Onsite Customer Service Representatives for a local Insurance Company. This position requires you to have great customer service experience and empathy.


Contract to hire opportunity

$17/hr non-bilingual

$18/hour fluent in English & Spanish

Start dates: 12/8 & 12/15

Hours: start time can be anywhere between 9am-11:30am, 8 hour shift (Will require to work at least ONE WEEKEND DAY) must be open to schedule

Onsite only


Job Responsibilities:

  • Inbound calls only
  • Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues
  • Provide education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests
  • Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance

Requirements:

  • 1 year of customer service experience with the same company
  • High School diploma ( must provide proof)
  • Goal-driven and detail oriented
