RN – CVICU Night Shift\n\nShift: Night 4×12 (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)\n\nHours: Can sign for 36 or 48 hrs/week | Guaranteed: 36\n\nAssignment Length: 13–16 weeks (16 weeks preferred)\n\nStart: 3–4 weeks out per compliance\n\nExperience: Min 2 years Cardiac/CVICU ICU | First-time travelers not accepted\n\nRatio: 1:2\n\nWeekends: Every other\n\nCertifications: ACLS, BLS, BSN\n\nFloating: Within service line as needed\n\nLocals: Not accepted (>75 miles) | Pending license: Yes\n\nRTO: Up to 2 requests, max 40 hrs / 5 days\n\nSpecial Requirements / Skills:\n\nCardiac/CVICU ICU experience only; no neuro\n\nICU ventilator management, arterial line, PA catheter, central lines\n\nPacemakers, Impellas, LVADs, intra-aortic balloon pumps\n\nAcute heart failure, CHF exacerbation, fluid overload, post-cardiac arrest, complete heart block, cardiogenic shock, pre-heart transplant, arrhythmias, VT\n\nVasoactive drips, dialysis, Foley care\n\nMust pass Relias EKG exam\n\nFacility:\n\nShort Term Acute Care | Magnet-recognized | Teaching Hospital | Level I Trauma\n\nBeds: 1,266 | Charting: EPIC | Scrubs: Navy Blue\n\nParking:\n\nMonthly passes available; fees vary ($63–$73); night-shift only: free employee parking\n\nOrientation: Laclede Garage ($15, not reimbursed)\n\nDay/night rotation: $70/month; bring license plate for first day
