About the Role
PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with an industry leader in AI robotics, autonomous logistics, and e-commerce fulfillment to hire Data Collection Operators. In this role, you’ll play a direct part in shaping how intelligent robotic systems learn and perform in real warehouse environments.
This is a hands-on opportunity ideal for individuals early in their careers—or those transitioning from warehouse, retail, production, or light manufacturing—who take pride in precision, consistency, and teamwork. Your work will directly impact how cutting-edge robots operate smarter, safer, and more efficiently.
What You’ll Do

Operate and guide robotic systems through everyday warehouse tasks using clear instructions

Collect and record data accurately to support AI training and system improvements

Follow step-by-step procedures to label and organize data consistently

Observe robot performance and flag unusual behavior for review

Communicate effectively with team members, including engineers and researchers

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace

Required Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy

Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities throughout your shift

Willingness to follow instructions, processes, and safety guidelines carefully

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in warehouse, production, retail, or other hands-on roles

Pay Details: $22.00 to $23.00 per hour
