AI Productivity Specialist, 2175-1Why Open:
- Significant increase in internal AI productivity offerings here over the last year, such as Go Chat and an earlier version of Chat GPT, and the integration of Gemini into Google tools
- Production signals indicated a need for smaller market tools to aid in scheduling, budgeting, and planning for titles
General Notes:
- Despite existing resources for productivity AI, senior production leaders reported a lack of fluency within their organizations in utilizing these tools, leading to missed opportunities for operational effectiveness
- Looking for someone who can act as an "air traffic controller" by connecting existing internal resources with production needs as it relates to AI tools
- Capture signals for new business needs not currently addressed by existing tools and sharing this information with product and tech organizations for future development
- Project managing ad-hoc pilot programs for third-party tools identified by the production organization
Top Qualities:
- A curious mind capable of quickly grasping new concepts related to bleeding-edge technology
- Demonstrated experience and fluency in productivity tooling, including the ability to effectively use and teach others how to use these tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders across different organizational levels
- Strongly preferred, though not blocking, qualification is a background or experience in studio or production roles to ensure effective communication and understanding of production partners
Pay Rate Range:
- $80-86.53/hr.
