Robert Half is partnering with a client based in San Francisco, seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support day-to-day accounting and administrative operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable and receivable activities, including invoice entry, payment processing, and cash applications
  • Maintain accurate financial records, filing systems, and documentation for audits and reporting
  • Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and support internal communication across departments
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, office coordination, and special projects

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing accounting responsibilities with broader office support in a fast-paced environment.

• At least 3 years of experience in accounting, finance support, or administrative operations.

• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and bill.com in a detail-focused setting.

• Strong administrative support skills with the ability to manage records, deadlines, and multiple priorities accurately.
