Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Day, Evening, and Night shifts available

About Us:
Silver Stream Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is dedicated to providing exceptional skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care services in a compassionate and supportive environment. We are seeking caring, dependable, and motivated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Help residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation

• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team

• Take and record vital signs as assigned

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting dignity and independence

• Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare team members

Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

• Long-term care experience preferred, but new CNAs are encouraged to apply

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing high-quality care
