About the Role

As our Sales Manager, you'll be the face of TriCrest Homes - cultivating relationships, driving business growth, and delivering an exceptional client experience. You'll work directly with discerning homeowners, elite real estate professionals, architects, and designers to connect clients with our luxury design-build process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a robust, qualified pipeline of high-value clients.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with realtors, architects, and luxury community leaders.
  • Represent TriCrest at industry events, networking functions, and high-profile gatherings.
  • Lead marketing, advertising, and brand development initiatives.
  • Provide input and oversight across digital platforms - website, social media, and campaigns.
  • Guide prospective clients through the design-build process, setting accurate expectations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, preconstruction, and production teams.

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Strategic & Organized, able to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
  • Detail-focused, experienced with Procore, specifications, bids, and budgets.
  • Creative & Collaborative, bringing fresh ideas for brand visibility and client engagement.
  • Results-driven, excited by targets, and motivated by growth.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base Salary: $30,000 per year
  • Performance Bonus: 0.5% of Gross Project Revenue (excluding land costs)
  • Commission Draw Structure:
    25% paid at pre-construction contract signing
    50% paid at full contract execution
    25% paid at project start
