Your Role as a Craftsman

As a member of our assembly team, youll play a key role in building the core of our productgarage doors built to exacting specifications. Whether gluing, measuring, or fitting components together, your eye for detail and pride in quality will shine through every finished door.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Assembling overlay material on doors to exact design specs with precision and care
  • Upholding tight tolerances (1/16" and " glue beads) for build quality
  • Operating tools and working with ladders and materials up to 80 lbs
  • Following safety practices and contributing to workflow improvements
  • Performing quality checks throughout the build process

What Were Looking For

  • Ability to read tape measures and understand blueprints
  • Comfortable using power tools and working with ladders
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to craftsmanship
  • Able to lift up to 70 lbs and think critically to solve problems
  • A teachable, team-focused attitude
