Schedule/Location and Pay:

• Hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, averaging 40 hours per week.
• Location: Matthews, NC.
• Pay: $23 per hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented, artistic professional with experience in automotive or industrial coatings to join our team. This role involves preparing, painting, and finishing wood products and other components to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform surface preparation including sanding, cleaning, and masking to ensure proper adhesion of coatings.
• Remove hardware and protect surfaces not to be sprayed.
• Apply primer, paint, lacquer, or stain using HVLP or airless spray systems (Krimlin and Anest Iwata experience required).
• Ensure smooth, even coats with proper drying times for a durable, professional finish.
• Mix and measure paints accurately, maintain cleanliness of the spray booth, and clean equipment daily.
• Safely handle and dispose of chemicals, ensuring a well-ventilated, safe workspace.

• Experience in automotive or industrial coatings required.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work repetitive tasks with consistent quality.
