We are looking for a Financial Support Agent to join our service-focused team in Centerville, Ohio. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to contribute to critical accounting and administrative processes while collaborating with various departments, including Member Support Services, Legal, and Finance. The role requires an individual with strong attention to detail who can manage customer interactions effectively and ensure accurate back-office processing. Responsibilities:

• Deliver prompt and accurate support aligned with established Customer Call Center Support and Operations Procedures and service level agreements (SLAs).

• Manage cash-related activities, including accounts receivable, payment posting, refunds, terminations, and processing applications, orders, and registrations.

• Handle invoicing, membership billing, and collection tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Review and process various customer contracts, including agreements, amendments, order forms, and statements of work.

• Serve as a liaison between sales, customers, and legal teams to route and archive contract-related documents.

• Scan and archive hardcopy documentation into the company's digital system for efficient record-keeping.

• Update and maintain company demographic information to ensure accurate records.

• Prepare and revise departmental work instructions to improve processes and compliance.

• Support corporate legal and compliance initiatives, including regulatory projects and governance.

• Collaborate on customer issues, taking ownership to resolve, document, and communicate outcomes effectively.

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a data processing environment.
• Associate's degree preferred, but equivalent work experience will be considered.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables and lookups.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, along with exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Finance and Operations is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying issues, errors, and inconsistencies.
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and fostering collaboration.
