Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Valid and active Washington SLP license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Previous school-based experience highly preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
  • Willingness to work fully on-site (no virtual/remote assignments)

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy to K-12 students
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring
  • Support student growth across multiple educational settings
