Spindle is partnering with a supportive district, to bring on dedicated Special Education Teachers for the 26/27 school year. This is a unique, student-focused role ideal for someone who values consistency, collaboration, and meaningful one-on-one impact.

**Special Education Teacher Job Description:**
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned to the student’s specific learning and developmental needs.
• Deliver targeted, differentiated instruction in a structured one-on-one setting.
• Collaborate closely with family members, translators, and support staff to ensure clear communication and continuity of care.
• Apply specialized strategies and supports to promote academic progress and overall student well-being..
**Pay & Benefits:**
Highly competitive compensation $40–45
