We are seeking an energetic and collaborative Site Clinical Supervisor for our Cookeville Clinic. This position will assist the Clinical Managers with the daily operations of the clinical department.

Responsibilities
· Responsible for daily clinic staff supervision and facilitating all clinical activity at the assigned site and the main office as needed.
· Responsible for coordinating and organizing clinic medical supplies, injectable drugs, and office supplies needed for the assigned site.
· Facilitates communications/scheduling for all vendors, building, and property management, custodial needs, maintenance needs, etc., for assigned sites.
· Responsible for reviewing/controlling site schedules and weekly volumes every week and coordinated changes with the lead receptionist and Patient Services manager as needed.
· Responsible for data entry on the clinic assessment logs.
· Assists with daily staff callouts and facilitates daily schedule changes with management and staff.
· Responsible for working in any area of the clinic to assist patients at any time.
· Responsible for assisting other clinical managers and supervisors with overall clinical operations.
· Oversees tech training at the assigned site in coordination with the tech trainers and Clinical Compliance Training Manager.
· Assists with MDI chart audits for direct Check-In Techs/Scribes.
· Assists with reviewing notes and chart errors that need to be addressed with direct clinical staff.
· Maintains regular communication with all TNR department managers, supervisors, lead coordinators, and physicians and actively participates in monthly manager/supervisor meetings.
· Meets Weekly/Monthly with Clinic Regional Ops Manager to discuss the overall status of the designated TNR site, performance of staff, clinic volumes/patient schedules, and drug management.
· Responsible for daily/weekly timecard maintenance and reviewing/approving timecards for direct clinic staff.
· Responsible for performing 30-60-90 days performance reviews, as well as mid-year and year-end evaluations for direct clinic staff.
· Assists with preparing, executing, attending, and/or hosting monthly meetings with clinical staff.
· Performs monthly one-on-one touchpoint meetings with direct clinical staff.
· Works directly with the Clinic Regional Ops Manager and HR Director for any disciplinary action plans or performance improvement plans for direct clinical staff.
· Responsible for all drug management at the assigned site, executing monthly drug inventory counts, and working directly with the finance team on the drug reconciliation process.
· Assists with executing paper and electronic prescriptions and refill requests.

Education, Training, and Experience
· 2 years of office experience working in a retinal and/or general ophthalmic clinical setting.
· COA Certification or above is highly encouraged but not a requirement. Advanced certifications will be eligible for additional compensation at the discretion of Tennessee Retina
· Must obtain and maintain CPR Certification
· Effective verbal and written communication skills with patients, physicians, management, and employees
· Excellent Organizational skills, multi-task, and logical thinking
· Ability to be proactive, take initiative, and perform well in a fast-paced, high-volume practice.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn and adapt quickly to new software.
· Proficient in understanding reading and interpreting all contents of the paper and electronic medical charts (ERM)

Typical Physical and Working Demands
Position requires prolonged walking, sitting, some bending, stooping, and stretching. Good eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity are sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment is required. Employees must have a normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate appropriate reports. Employees must have a normal range of hearing and eyesight to record and prepare paper and MDI chart notes and documents. Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds.
