Job Title: Commercial Landscape Project Manager - $110k
Salary: $80k-$100k + Benefits, PTO
Requirements: Office Manager in Construction/Trades

Based in pacific, WA, we are a well-established landscape contracting service.

We specialize in commercial new construction and work with General Contractors like Turner, as well as Municipal, Private Owners, and Property Management Firms.

We work on mixed use, high rises, housing developments, public works, and housing developments.

We've been in business for over 25 years and have 75 employees.

Due to growth, we are actively hiring an Office Manager with the following experience:

• Office management experience in construction/trade work

What You Will Be Doing

• Supervise a two person front office
• Adminster maintenance and installation contracts
• Perform monthly AP/AR
• Manage payroll
• General office administration
• Manage employee benefits, training, legal notices, new hires, licensing, etc.
