Position Summary:
The Onsite Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate handling of products and materials. This role involves coordination with warehouse staff, supervisors, and onsite managers to maintain workflow, meet production goals, and uphold company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with receiving, unloading, and processing inbound shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for outbound shipment according to company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, scanners) in a safe and compliant manner.
- Ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Communicate any issues, delays, or concerns to onsite management promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and efficiency targets.
- Support additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, move, and carry items as required (usually up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse equipment and safety procedures.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
