California Licensed Therapist – Remote Telehealth Position
Position Description We’re looking for LMFTs, LCSWs, and LPCCs licensed in California to provide remote therapy. This full-time role focuses on helping clients navigate stress, relationships, and emotional health through accessible virtual care.
Schedule &amp; Compensation
<ul>
<li>Monday through Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM</li>
<li>Annual Salary: $115,000 – $120,000</li>

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Provide therapy via secure telehealth platforms</li>
<li>Develop and manage client-centered treatment plans</li>
<li>Evaluate progress and adjust methods accordingly</li>
<li>Partner with colleagues to ensure holistic support</li>
<li>Document services in compliance with standards</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or related field</li>
<li>Licensed in California (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC)</li>
<li>Minimum of 2 years’ clinical experience</li>
<li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills</li>
