Envision Physician Services is seeking a quality driven Certified Nurse Midwife Hospitalist to join our established OB/GYN Hospitalist team and work alongside Envision’s OB/GYN Hospitalists at HCA Florida Northwest Hospital.

- Continuity clinic for unassigned patient follow up staffed by Envision OB/GYN Hospitalists
- High Risk OB office collaborating with our Perinatal Nurse Navigator, MFM’s, and community OB Physicians
- Annual deliveries: over 1,500
- Level III NICU

Schedule:

- 8- hours per day, Monday – Friday\t
- \t
- As volume increases and additional coverage is required, hours will change to 12-hours per day with addition of 2nd CNM.

Responsibilities include:

- Managing low risk obstetrical patients
- C-Section Assists
- OBED
- Extended service agreement for private community
- Postpartum Rounding
