Clinical Manager Compensation
- Pay rate: Pay Range: 66.43 per hour
Clinical Manager Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the client's plan of care is individualized, executed as written, and reassessed appropriately.
- Complete review of evaluation packets, OASIS, and 485s for accuracy.
- Process any unlisted supplies, medications, and functional limitations as necessary.
- Responsible for Referral Intake and Management to ensure timely client assessment visits.
- Lead weekly Case Conferences and document notes within 48 hours of the meeting.
- Review and process all wound score deviations, documenting action and follow-up.
- Verify benefits and obtain authorization for services on all non-Medicare patients.
Clinical Manager QUALIFICATIONS:
Critical Information
- Schedule: Must be proficient with HCHB; on-call rotation may be required.
- Environment: Home health agency.
Education/Licenses Needed
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing with an active RN license.
- Minimum of two years nursing experience and one year in home health.
