We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Fall River, Massachusetts. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless administrative processes, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support including data entry, scheduling, and handling correspondence.

• Address minor HR-related inquiries, such as guiding employees on medical insurance issues or directing them to the appropriate department.

• Triage incoming requests and direct them to the relevant internal teams or departments.

• Utilize software tools such as Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office Suite applications to maintain accurate records and reports.

• Assist with manufacturing reporting by compiling and analyzing data as needed.

• Respond to customer service inquiries, triaging and escalating issues to the proper internal team.

• Maintain attention to detail in all tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Foster positive relationships with team members and external contacts to facilitate smooth operations.

• Proven experience in administrative support or similar roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle minor HR-related tasks and employee relations professionally.
• Customer service experience and relationship-building skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not mandatory.
